At Donner Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at service@donnermusic.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
